Breast Lift Procedure
A mastopexy or breast lift is a surgical procedure performed to reshape the breast and return it to a more youthful position. Drooping of the breast may occur after pregnancy as well as aging. Frequently a breast implant may be used in conjunction with a breast lift in order to achieve better results. Depending on the amount of breast lifting that needs to be accomplished, different techniques may be used that involve different incisions. Generally, the more lifting that is required, the larger the incision (and therefore the scar).

Anchorage Stay safe Anchorage is a very safe city for it's size. The murder rate is very low. That's not to say that crime doesn't occur though. In the major tourist areas such as downtown, you should keep close eye on your posessions. Pickpockets exist everywhere. Certain areas of the East side such as Mountain View have higher crime than other spots. Also areas around the airport like Spenard are known for increased drug activity and prostitution. If you aren't looking for crime, you won't find it. I've lived in almost every neighborhood in Anchorage, and have never had any problem with crime.

- NHS Connecting for Health (NHS CFH) has announced that it will be introducing the Essential IT Skills (EITS) Programme on 3 March 2008, to replace its European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) Service which is due to close on 21 March 2008. The replacement of the ECDL Service comes after consultation with stakeholders around the current training needs of NHS staff. Under the EITS programme, NHS staff will have the opportunity to train for two qualifications nationally accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS):
• NHS ELITE (eLearning IT Essentials): trains staff on basic keyboard and mouse skills as well as file management, web and email skills.
• NHS Health (eLearning for Health Information Systems): gives staff the training they need to ensure that they comply with information governance, data protection and patient confidentiality requirements.
It is hoped that the programme will help users feel more confident when using National Programme for IT (NPfIT) applications in their daily working lives.
