Honolulu Traffic Traffic in Honolulu, and on Oahu in general, is a persistent problem. Fosaprepitants is approved for use in combination with other anti-emetic medicines for the prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic and highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including high-dose cisplatin.
